Gear Harwer (2319-2351), “Glasslands Suite V,” 2344.

Gear Harwer was born on the Grasslands in spring of 2319, exact date unknown. Harwer’s parents were first-generation immigrants from Maia, a ternary species. For most of their early career, Harwer’s left and right bodies painted in concert while their central body earned a living cleaning the houses of the Glasslands elite, where they famously met sculptor Fit Karr in 2337. Karr introduced Harwer to Tawren Bismer, the founder of the Glasslands Group, in 2338. Harwer became part of the Glasslands Group, who believed that a distinct Eridani art could be developed through direct contact with the unique nature of their region, the only known area in the multiverse with living plants made of glass. The Glasslands Group also included painters Jick Carson and Lady Bluu and of course scent-artist Tawren Bismer, whose work so influenced later Glasslands artists like Q Joumayar and Divoni Pilyeu.
